Turnover Technicians


We’re seeking full-time skilled professionals to maintain our properties in top condition. This role involves painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs to ensure residents enjoy well-maintained living spaces.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform Unit Turnovers and Routine Maintenance Tasks
  • Utilize Hand and Power Tools for Repairs and Upkeep
  • Ensure Exceptional Safety Practices


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to property upkeep


QUALIFICATIONS



On-Site Property Manager


As an On-Site Property Manager, you’ll represent the property while ensuring residents and the building are well cared for. This part-time, on-call role is ideal for those with flexible schedules who can respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leasing: Take pride in filling unit vacancies, guiding potential residents through the leasing process.
  • Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and maintenance requests, providing simple repairs when possible.
  • Property Care: Maintain the property’s appearance by cleaning common areas and coordinating with maintenance staff.



WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Weekend + after-hours availability for showings and resident needs
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to respond to inquiries or emergencies
  • Active participation in property care tasks, including cleaning and minor upkeep


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A background in customer service or sales is valued.
  • Willingness to participate in property care and cleaning tasks.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.



Assistant On-Site Property Manager


Support the primary property manager by ensuring the property is well-maintained and residents’ needs are met. This part-time, on-call role includes cleaning tasks throughout the week and being on-call from Friday evenings through Monday mornings.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leasing: Take pride in filling unit vacancies, guiding potential residents through the leasing process.
  • Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and maintenance requests, providing simple repairs when possible.
  • Property Care: Maintain the property’s appearance by cleaning common areas and coordinating with maintenance staff.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A flexible schedule with the ability to respond to inquiries or emergencies
  • Active participation in property tasks. 
  • Assist with onboarding of new properties and accounts


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years in a multifamily property management role 
  • Knowledge of landlord tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations (including state and local laws)
  • A background in sales, and strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Basic maintenance skills and the ability to determine when to escalate to our in-house maintenance team


ROVING COMMUNITY Manager


Cover a portfolio of properties and assist in the daily operations and management of small to midsized multifamily communities. This position provides coverage when needed at properties in our portfolio. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leasing: Take pride in filling unit vacancies, guiding potential residents through the leasing process.
  • Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and maintenance requests, providing simple repairs when possible.
  • Property Care: Maintain the property’s appearance by cleaning common areas and coordinating with maintenance staff.


WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Weekend + after-hours availability to address resident inquiries and urgent issues.
  • A flexible schedule with a focus on supporting the primary manager
  • Active participation in maintaining a clean and welcoming property environment


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service or property management support is valued.
  • Ability to manage cleaning tasks and respond promptly to on-call responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple duties effectively.
