Boutiques, Bistros and Brewpubs
The Irvington neighborhood was named for William Irving who claimed the land in 1952. Many large historic homes, built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, still stand today in this beautiful residential district.
This tree-lined neighborhood features NE Broadway, filled with sidewalk cafes and boutiques. The MAX light rail is accessible in the Southern area of the neighborhood, and Lloyd Center Mall and Cinemas are within walking distance. The solitude of residential blocks, yet urban conveniences and easy access to Downtown provide a superb living option.
