KBC Management Residents,
HAPPY NEW YEAR! We appreciate your tenancy and look forward to serving you in the coming year. Following are several items to note as the year begins:
TREE REMOVAL & DISPOSAL REMINDERS
WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER TREE RECYCLING THRU OUR GARBAGE HAULER AND KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU NOT LEAVE YOUR TREE NEAR THE GARBAGE CONTAINERS.
We would appreciate your cooperation with Holiday Tree Safety and ask that you discard your live tree as soon as is becomes dry and NO LATER THAN JANUARY 8th.
TREE RECYCYLING OPTIONS

SMOKE DETECTOR TESTING
Start the year right. Please TEST ALL SMOKE & CO2 DETECTORS IN YOUR APARTMENT ON JANUARY 1ST (and monthly thru the year).
**To test the smoke detector, depress the test button. If the detector does not sound a signal, contact your Manager immediately to receive a correct replacement battery.
The City of Portland requires that only 10 year lithium batteries be used in Smoke Detectors. Please DO NOT replace bad batteries with 9v Alkaline batteries, as they are not to code.
KBC Management’s Office will be closed January 2nd for the New Year holiday. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable New Years!
